Rumors of a reconciliation between Cardi B and Stefon Diggs are intensifying after the Grammy-winning rapper made a surprise appearance at Diggs Deep Foundation’s Mother’s Day event over the weekend. Shortly after, she sent a heartfelt gift to Stephanie Diggs, Stefon’s mother, along with a personal note.
“Cardi B gifted Mama Diggs a brand new Chanel bag for Mother’s Day!” shared an update from the fan account Updatesofcardi on X, which featured a video of Stephanie unboxing the luxury handbag.
In the video, Stephanie Diggs read the note aloud: “Happy Mother’s Day, Mama Diggs. Thank you for being you. I appreciate you, love Miss B.” She then opened the black and gray quilted Chanel bag with gold hardware, smiling throughout as she showed off the designer purse.
“Oh my goodness! Look at this bag! Look at that hardware! Oh my goodness! Thank you so much!” she exclaimed.
The Mother’s Day surprise came just after Cardi B and Stefon Diggs were seen together at his Diggs Deep Foundation “A Moment For Mom” wellness event in Washington, D.C., on May 9, 2026. The two appeared close during the event, with photos capturing them sharing affectionate moments. In one clip posted by sports journalist Kelsey Nicole Nelson, Diggs had his arm around Cardi’s waist and gave her a kiss on the cheek as they posed against a pink backdrop. Cardi wore a brown knitted sleeveless top and skirt paired with high heels and a clutch, while Diggs opted for a casual pink hoodie and denim shorts.
Fans have noted the couple’s recent time together, fueling ongoing speculation that their relationship is back on. The reconciliation rumors first sparked last month when Diggs attended Cardi B’s Little Miss Drama Tour stop at Capital One Arena on April 8. He was joined by his younger brother Trevon Diggs and their mother, Stephanie.
